These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Koyuki's Picture Puzzle (the "App"), published by Turiy4. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License to Use
Turiy4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on compatible Android devices, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Create derivative works based on the App or its protected assets
- Sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, credits, or marks included with the App
2. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, branding, puzzle presentation, artwork selection, interface elements, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Turiy4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some media assets, including music or sound effects, may be licensed from third parties. Those assets remain subject to their respective license terms and are not transferred to you.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any manner that:
- Violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempts to interfere with the App, connected services, ads, or distribution systems
- Introduces malware, automated abuse, cheats, or harmful code
- Uses the App in a way that infringes Turiy4's rights or the rights of others
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Turiy4 does not guarantee that:
- The App will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
- Any defects will be corrected on any particular schedule
- The App will be compatible with every device, operating system, or network environment
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turiy4 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device functionality, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turiy4's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD $10 or the amount you paid for the App, if any.
6. Third-Party Distribution
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's own terms, policies, billing rules, and platform requirements. Turiy4 is not responsible for the operation of Google Play or other third-party services used with the App.
7. Ads and Third-Party Services
The App may display advertising or use third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play services. Your use of the App may therefore also involve third-party terms and privacy practices. See the Privacy Policy for additional information about data handling.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Termination
Your right to use the App automatically ends if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the courts located in India.
